Information and purposes
We process names, email addresses, optional phone numbers and date of birth, account authentication information, enrollment status, lesson progress, time spent, quiz and exam scores, and certificate details to create accounts and provide training. Contact messages are used for customer support. Device, IP address and technical usage information may be processed for operation, security and fraud prevention.
Legal bases
We process account and training information to perform our agreement with you; support and security information for legitimate interests in operating a reliable service; and records where needed to meet legal obligations. Where consent is legally required, processing relies on that consent.
Sharing
Information is shared with hosting, authentication and technology service providers as necessary to operate the portal. Paddle receives information needed for the sale of the course, payment processing, tax compliance, billing and invoicing as Merchant of Record. Information may also be shared with professional legal or accounting advisers or authorities when required by law. Authorized instructors can access student training and enrollment records.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed to provide your account, support training records and certificates, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls; no system is completely risk-free.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
