Terms & Conditions
Your agreement
By purchasing or continuing to use this service, you agree to these terms with Trinity Security Services LLC. Our product is a one-time online Texas Level II security officer training course with lessons, quizzes, a final exam and a completion certificate. Course completion does not itself issue a Texas security license; licensing remains subject to state requirements.
Accounts and course materials
Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Your access is personal and non-transferable. Trinity Security Services LLC retains ownership of the course materials, software, documentation and branding. You may use materials for your own learning but may not resell or redistribute them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, share accounts, or interfere with security through malware, probing, unauthorized scraping or circumvention of access controls.
Payments and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Trinity Security Services LLC provides course and training support. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. The course is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
Availability and suspension
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
